Course Description:

This course is designed to introduce students to Macromedia Flash. This course focuses on creating animations and interactive content for the web.

 

 

Learner Outcomes:

On successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Applying masks
  • Animating masked layers
  • Dynamic and input text
  • Introduction to action script
  • If - then statements
  • Keyboard and mouse control
  • Loops

 

Expectations:

  • Students are requested to attend class on time and actively participate in class discussions
  • Assignments are due at the beginning of class on the due date
  • Late assignments are marked at 50%
  • Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off
  • Students are expected to read the materials in advance of coming to class to facilitate learning
