The course is intended as an opportunity for intermediate level students to develop confidence and fluency in these communication context: socializing, using the telephone, and participating in meetings.
The two objectives of the course are to improve communication techniques and to develop and consolidate target language within the previously mentioned communication contexts. The course is geared towards improving speaking and listening skills.

Through reading and writing tasks are included in the course, the development of fluency and confidence in speaking is the most important objective. Therefore, students will be involved in a great deal of discussion and critical thinking activities. Students should expect a high level of participatory tasks in each class. |
